Pros +

Spacious rooms and comfortable bed.
Lotte City Hotel was a convenient, comfortable and clean hotel with a luxurious feel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the morning airport shuttle was convenient for my early departure flight.
It¿s a nice hotel, rooms seem a bit old with carpet, but beds were comfortable and room was spacious.

Cons -

The WOW Pass kiosk had no support and no one knew how to use it.
Be aware theres another Lotte Hotel on the same route so ask for the Lotte City stop.
Need another chair in the room. Concierge was not knowledgeable of the area and amenities. Only 1 instant coffee in room - had to go out of hotel to get coffee in the morning. Breakfast very expensive.

Great staff and clean room. Nice view from the pool area and guest room. Free parking at the hotel garage was very helpful.

Room furnitures are dated.

I like how they had a hotel personnel that could speak English very well at the front desk. The cleaning ladies were friendly. The atmosphere was elegant and comfortable.

I did not like the size of the bathroom. It was very nice but very small. I loved everything else.

Lunch buffet is excellent. Lots of food choices, restaurant is very spacious and the view is amazing.Within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and very close to the airport.Staff at the reception very helpful and welcoming.

Always have to wait some time to get an elevator, lobby too small, full of luggage and carts as it is serving both the hotel and the duty free mall.Extra cost to use the pool and by time slots

10ArlenePosted on: 1-19-2026

Nice and clean. Express elevators Centrally located to shopping and eating

10StephaniePosted on: 1-16-2026

Close to airport. Walkable city. Once I got the hang of the local bus routes easy to visit other areas of the island. Tours are also available but book in advance.

Convenient near the airport

No concierge service. Had to trolley our bags and we had quite a few bags.

10CandiePosted on: 11-18-2025

Exceptional hotel, felt luxurious and is one of the pick up spots for many of the tours, so it made getting around Jeju without a car easy. Super clean and nice hotel, felt new and is right downtown so there are many places to eat at and walk around checking out the neighbourhood.

Nothing really!

9JamesPosted on: 11-14-2025

Staff helpful, we had do not disturb sign out but maid would see us ask if we needed anything (towels, water, etc) - excellent service). Great location close to food. Front desk recommended two places to eat and bit were excellent (thanks!).

Elevators could be faster/more plentiful.

8Chi S.Posted on: 11-3-2025

Staff were very friendly and room size was OK. Free parking was good, no card required, just by scanning car plate number, smart!

The interior decoration was a bit old, room renovation needed.
